The Information Management (IM) Assistant, under direct supervision of the Information Management Coordinator and overall supervision of the Hub-Coordinator, will support the Shelter Cluster coordination efforts with data collection, data entry and daily administrative tasks. His/her task is to ensure that the operational data is up to date and ready for analysis, interpretation and visualisation. The IM Assistant will be in daily contact with the partner organisations and collect and process the daily operational updates. S/he will ensure that the data is clean and ready for analysis and visualisation. Additionally, the IM Assistant will assist in organising Cluster meetings and other events on regular and ad-hoc basis.1. Data Collection and ProcessingUpdating the core operational data on a daily basisData collection, entry and processing according to the Shelter sub-Cluster requirementsDetecting, cleaning and reporting any inaccuracies with the data2. Escorting local administration village related on village legislation No.6 year 2014 about village development fund.- Developing skill in research village assessment for local administration for utilization village fund with the data-driven approach- Conducting Participatory mapping rural area using GIS (spatial mapping, social mapping and sectoral mapping) to established village's profile- Supporting village information to District Government- Driving positive change towards environmental awareness that support sustainable living (e.g. Organic farming and land preservation)- identifying renewable energy potential and development

“Assisting local community to manage and maintenance Solar-PV off-grid 75 kWp (National Government grant) along with initiate community ownership electricity in Lelingluan Village, Southeast West Maluku”.Tasks involve:• Engaging the community in order to optimize the utilization of new energy infrastructure and renewable energy that has been built• Socializing the use of renewable energy for power generation to community groups• Assisting community groups in developing the organizational structure of power plant management from renewable energy• Facilitate the establishment of rural energy management organization• Identify potential renewable energy in site• Facilitating local communities in identifying and utilizing energy for rural economic activities• Stimulate community groups to create activities by utilizing the means and infrastructure of productive enterprises• Assist in collecting documents related to the handover of assets• Submitting monthly and final reports of excellence on tasks to coordinators and officials of commitment and non-physical directorate of Renewable Energy (EBTKE)• Oversee installation and maintenance Solar PV Plant

-Maintain and developing Network Infrastructure-Troubleshoot issues with the network in order to make it run more efficiently and to avoid future problems-Develop SSO Application (single sign on) aunthentication-Drafted monthly reports of network efficiency to determine if changes were needed

-Responsible to manage, coordinate technical and administration of practical exercise- Curiculum design content : 7 layer OSI, Linux Network Administration, Cisco CCNA, Mikrotik Wireless
