I worked with the operations team where I was responsible for assessment of job applicants, training of security guards, deployment of security guards, assessment of locations to verify if it is worthy for deployment of our guards. I also carried daily patrols and regular checks on the security guards at their various locations. I regularly made use of Microsoft office tools to compile data and make presentations. I connected with clients during visits and by phone to solicit their feedback.

I worked in the Quality Control department where I gained experience in ensuring compliance with industry standards, materials inspection, identifying and addressing defects, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall product quality and reliability. Notably, I gained primary knowledge of welding inspection.
