Oversaw process improvements and buyer’s classes including review of inventory, sales to purchase, gross margin reports, labor targets, and leadership training. Reset Produce, Whole Body, and Seafood at Lakewood. This resulted in better customer flow, reduced spoilage, and increased sales on top gross margin items. Initiated a Jerky program at Lakewood with the purchase of a commercial dehydrator. The success of this program reduced waste in meat sub-team, and turned waste into high gross margin items.

Developed and promoted store receiver, frozen buyer and grocery buyer into Assistant Grocery Team Leaders for other locations within our region. Reset Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, and remodeled Bulk departments. This resulted in the team's percentage of store sales increasing from 28% to 32%.

Oversaw operations at various locations including North Carolina, Texas, Alabama, and Ohio. Mentored new team members, oversaw career development, trained employees in Hart inventory system, and gained knowledge of IRMA system. Implemented outstanding customer service protocols and motivational leadership skills while transitioning into financial oversight, scheduling maintenance and corrective action management.
