Service Delivery Management[Project Nucleus (Telenor) on site DTAC Chamchulee square]Incident Management- Coordinate with the service owner/Local team and provide update into the bridge call , fill in the language gaps during the incident- Drive Incident resolution together with Incident managerChange Management- Coordinate and support principles, standards, policies and constraints of project. - Coordinate between the service owner and operation team on change request- Coordinate during change execution (day time and night time)

• Provisioning UIH Service - Leased Line(TDM) - MPLS (IP) include of G.SHDSL ,MSAN ,LSW ,SDH ,Juniper router and IPRAN(On site DTAC Chamchulee square)• Problem solve when implement service in PE and CE router ,consult customer and field engineer.• Implement the features and complies with standard product from customer request.• Troubleshoot and analysis problems that occur from installation to fine out best solution
