* Heading the L&D function of Greater India Operations, its Group companies and Global Delivery Services.* Developing and driving the Sales Force Effectiveness strategy and analytics for Greater India.* Handling strategic HR initiatives (D&I, P&V and EOS) and support HR Operations of business partners.* Coordinating learning strategy, governance framework & effectiveness measurement in line with business goals with business partners.* Partnering with the business leadership team to help build and implement effective people strategies to manage and control attrition, employee engagement and performance driven culture* Working in close coordination with Group Head of HR on Talent Management and various OD initiatives, supporting the Head of HR in Talent Acquisition (Campus Drive).* Coordination & effective management of LMS (SumTotal).* Developing and institutionalizing Competency framework model, assessment of learning needs.* Managing the Internal Communications of the organization. * Handling initiatives across leadership development, training interventions along with LCMS.* Facilitating and conducting of counselling on problems to enable individuals exhibit high performance in line with business objectives.* Preparation of ABP, management of external agencies/ consultants, MIS and its administration.* Managing effective PMS; Incentive compensation and implementation of R&R framework.
