Worked on improving retention and activation through onboarding, and dashboard personalization. End to end handled two products, software for designing E-Press Kits and the Promotion tool for artists. Worked on transitioning the product to a freemium model.

Project Shunya, aimed to create a sustainable ecosystem in the F&B industry. Our project scope included a zero-waste cafe, offering chemical-free, zero-waste, natural products for skincare and household use, and a vision to eventually expand into capacity building in sustainable practices and waste management, and providing consulting services to organizations and local government bodies on waste management. Against the better judgment of industry experts who cautioned that social equity and profits don’t go hand in hand, we broke even by the second month, compared to the industry average of 36 months in F&B and hospitality.

Led a COVID-19 response campaign, and worked on their product - an online booking system for purchasing vehicles post-COVID. Directed social media campaigns for safety protocols targeting Indian and Australian markets during the pandemic. Converted and executed, a website audit project for Ford.
