Primarily responsible for the Fast Fashion cluster (Executive and above positions) for recruitments, Employee Life Cycle management and performance management. The Fast Fashion cluster consist of approximately 470+ (Executive and above team members).

Primarily responsible for the Business Unit as the HR Partner managing end to end functions in the Business Unit which consist of approximately 300+ IT professionals.
