- Initiated a PPA (Pre-Production Assembly) model line for identifying the obstacles and developed the concept further. 3% efficiency improvement with PPA model.- Process Mapping in the washing and Finishing to Identify and eliminate Non Value Adding Process from the current stage. Average cycle time reduction 15 to 20 min for for enzyme, garment Die.- Setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to each department and initiating monthly review meetings with the top management.- Initiated BIQ (Build in Quality) concept to ensure FTT is 100%.- Identified the Adidas Value stream and developed a new business model. Initiated Supplier development project related to Adidas business with fabric mills.- Continuous training programs covering all levels of the organization. (Leadership, Yellow belt).- Conducting Value Stream Mapping for lead time reduction on identified product categories & defining a clear information flow and the material flow of the company.- Insuring the continuous improvement culture inside the company by implementing a Kaizen Promotion campaign & Training covering all departments followed up by monthly & yearly ceremony of Evaluation system to appreciate the new Kaizen.- Implementing the Quick Change Over concept to reduce the bucket lot and Absenteeism Control System for the company.

- PVH, Decathlon, Colombia style costing and price negotiation by meeting company expected EPM & maintain customer satisfaction & relationship.- Style development process (Ladies/ Men's /Kids - USD 1.8 Million) while maintaining a commendable affinity by addressing/resolving issues corresponding on a daily basis.- Developed printing suppliers way of printing, color management to match the standards of Columbia. Graphic styles range which includes 90 styles with different print techniques.- Initiated weekly meetings with the team to ensure all critical events were met the deadlines and thorough follow up on all samples and costings which required client approval (Fit samples, & graphic s/offs)- Ensuring fabric/trims were ordered in advance to start sampling for all styles to meet buyer expectations.- Bulk fabric and trims ordering, price negotiation, delivery negotiation and following up the OTT, PP meeting and delivery follow up with the factory.

- Involving in Apparel Production Process from material in house to finish goods and got the best practice about lean manufacturing environment in MAS.- Overall project coordinator in MAS Active for lean implementation projects.- Initiated an FM channel within the factory to entertain and give updates to team members on an hourly basis.- Redeveloped the “Gansaba” concept with new processes and piloted in the factory.- Implemented new improved processes on managing the people and process pillars.
