I am an IT professional with 4 years of experience in the industry. I have obtained my HND in Computing in Software engineering from ESOFT Metro Campus and currently work as a IT Support in RP Technology, a IT support & Software company in Sri Lanka.During my tenure I have gained experience in, Assemble or Upgrade own Computers, Knowledge of common software applications and troubleshooting methods, Experience with troubleshooting computers, printers, and other peripherals, Strong communication skills to explain technical issues and solutions clearly. Developed and deliver comprehensive training programs for customer staff on software developed by the company (POS System, Hotel/Student/hospital management systems etc..).My set of skills includes,LAN and WAN Assessment, Hardware and Software Configuration, Connected Installation, Computer Configurations, Microsoft Windows and Office, Application Installation, Web design(HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
