Uday was internally trained and upskilled on the Oracle technologies as a part of a Mentoring program as an Oracle Database Admin (Oracle 11 G Core) by various Sr.Mentors in Deloitte with an external support from Oracle University under the Oracle Workforce development program. He is OCP 10 G with implementation and additional experiences on 11 G.

Uday has 1.5 years of Professional experience with the Oracle database administration & application support and an overall 5+ years of Professional IT experience in Multi National Organizations supporting high end technical businesses on Technical Issue. Earlier Uday has handled all the Deloitte internal Technology contacts that extends from MS Office Family, Active Directory, Outlook Exchange server 2007, 2010 extending to Outlook Exchange server 2013. His expertise lied around the Technology support for the Deloitte’s hardware, applications and infrastructure ensuring minimum downtime of the resources. His approach towards work to get the users back to business at the earliest by delivering the distinctive customer experience at every interaction that he handles.
