I have over 35 years of experience in Delivery, Sales and Marketing and have excelled in Support, Customer Relationship Management, Pre-Sales and setting up of independent Business units as well. I have extensively worked with customers from various geographies which include USA, UK, Middle East, Australia and India. In my prior engagement, I was responsible for setting up a remote infrastructure management center in Pune, India for one of the Japanese Bank. This center, which started with 5 seats eventually grew to 100+ seats within a span of one year. Subsequently, I was also responsible for setting up local support center in Mumbai, India for giving product support to various banks and financial institutions. I also worked extensively in marketing and sales and generated business from India, USA and UK.
