Support to Japan and China tech transfer projects as per requirement.• Acting as a first point of contact for any pack change project wrt PPV/cost saving, de-risking projects, vendor development, quality improvement projects, continuous improvement projects, CoW projects.• Review of all pack tech documents like specifications, TDS, layouts, drawings, BoM, CoA, packing validation documents etc.• CRSF implementation (global GSK drive) across region and CRSF localization wherever needed, through deep dive assessments.• Perform packaging TRA’s, MRA’s for change in critical processes, equipment’s, or primary packaging materials by analyzing various failure modes wrt process, equipment’s, packaging materials etc.• Deliver GSC Network Strategy via Right First Time Product Transfers which includes site exits, localization strategies.• Designing trial strategies for different pack formats / pack development projects• Packaging technical support in investigation/RCA, market complaints, PTC panel.• Technical support in change control board, market complaints, LIC’s etc.• Coaching and mentoring to EM site pack techs.
