Functional consultant in OBI

• Support the Supply chain organization by developing, updating and issuing a variety of daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards, designed to improve the planning processes and action leading to enhanced delivery performance to Supplier's.• Preparation of ad-hoc reports like forecast accuracy, ABC XYZ, Performance Monitoring, Backlog, Analysis using concept and techniques using SAP,BOBJ, Cognos and every angle. • Visualize data through common BI tools such as SAP Lumira, Tableau, BOBJ and/or other BI tools.• DBMS using SQL.• Reviewed, re-modelled, designed and created process modeling maps and flowcharts by using Visio.• Preparing a realistic query’s in Cognos & BOBJ for assisting the Planning divisions to fulfill their requirements and to meet their expectations by providing high quality assistance during all phases SCM Area. • Developing Standard reports by finding out the areas where its need to be automated, It helps to reduce the time consumption & ensure that reports are standardized.• To operate and manipulate standard office productivity software, statistical packages, inventory management systems.• Processes, supply chain interruptions, supplier’s development and sourcing collaboration.• To coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to ensure smooth fulfillment of demand, to achieve sales.

• Handling Customer Licenses and Stock details of particular licenses, Licenses renewals bulk updateTo concern team.• Inventory status updates and tracking the details.• To execute replenishment strategies and processes in inventory research and analysis• Processes, supply chain interruptions, supplier’s development and sourcing collaboration.• To coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to ensure smooth fulfillment of demand, to achieve sales.

• Handling different categories in Hardlines individually by maintaining databases & analyses of TPN's and PO's for different seasons• Doing various reports on Stock Cover, Replenishment, Order summary, generating customized reports for KPIs of all stores.• Supporting Buying and Merchandisers by providing insights on various categories for accurate availability of stocks.• Doing Quality checks and root cause analysis on Pricing, Products, Quantity, Order and delivery dates for various items and communicating with Buyers & Merchandisers.

• Purchase, Sales, Stock Inward and Outward of the products as per the Process.• Doing various reports on Stock, Replenishment, Order summary (Indent).• Doing Various Reports on Sales, Purchases, Discount and Offer Reports. • Doing Quality checks and analysis on Pricing, Products, Quantity, Order and delivery dates for various items and communicating with Buyers & Merchandisers.• Consolidating and verification of Stock Inward and Outward with regards to Invoice details and filling the same for Sales Tax.• Reconciliation of payment Statements ( Cheques, cash, E-billing, Discounts & Advances) for Store.• Passing necessary entries in the tools. • Managing Supply Chain activities and vendor and vendor Management tool. • Preparing Reports & Presentations on weekly and monthly basis.
