 Trouble-Shooting, repair & maintenance efficiently a wide range of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation and reduce production down time. Attend to all equipment breakdowns and planned maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision. Received work assignment form the Higher Authority To carry out in depth analysis of failure in coordination with mechanical and other function team to take corrective action. Review the expenditure and control regularly which can be reduce. Details planning and giving the requirement of spares and man power. Positive attitude with ability to handle the manpower Effective execution of the work to get quality and timely completion. Conduct Critical Root Cause Analysis. Experience in condition monitoring as analyst.  Support in maximizing availability and reliability of rotary equipment at site. Participate in RCM study at the respective sites (as identified) Monitor the efficiency utility system and Plan improvement. Review performance check plant modification to ensure good quality job. Consultation with reporting manager for any new work done for plant. Change in utility of operating parameter as for suggestion / technical discussion. Maintaining IMS documents. Able to work in self supervising working environment with complete ownership.  Experience in laser shaft & pulley alignment.  To resolved the chronic problem related to high vibrations in different types of equipment like pump, compressor, turbine, blower, FD fan, I'd fan, Gearbox.  Experience in project & people management.  Report all incidents/accidents related to HS&E. Follow safe work practice and instructions. Report all unsafe conditions, which can damage to Health, Safety and Environment, to managers. Contribute and co-operate in all endeavors of HS & E. Observe safety co-worker and society while on work. Adhere to all safety & statuary compliance.
