Diving support vesselPSL – Cement Cargo Carrier.Varda Marine VesselPcv –Pollution Control Vessel (Indian Cost Guard)Roles & Responsibilities – Responsible for all field inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level in contract.Attend pre-inspection meeting with subcontractors prior to the start of any work to clarify inspection requirements, plans and procedures.Review the Inspection & Test Plan & Quality Control Procedures issued by the Subcontractors.Ensure that the QC/Inspection work proceeds in accordance with Project Quality Plan, control procedures and inspection procedures agreed with the client.Supervise subcontractors’ QC Inspectors & Supervisors in performing inspection and testing.Monitor or witness the inspection for each discipline in accordance with Inspection & Test Plan to ensure that works performed by the sub-contractor are in accordance with the project specification.Control and coordinate procedure/worker qualification of specific work. Duties included Project Management and Inspection, Daily Reports, Reviewing specifications, procedures and being conversant with International Standards for Inspection, PSPC/N.A.C.E. / S.S.P.C / B.S / ISO documentation etc. Report specific inspection results and quality performance to Discipline Leader.Make sure that all the projects complete in the time span specified and on time delivery of the vessel.
