With an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from NMIMS, I have over nine years of experience in the Fintech industry, working with different players and segments across the value chain. I am passionate about creating affordable, convenient, and inclusive digital lending products that empower and support the retail sector. As the Head of Credit Risk at AgriAku, I lead the development and implementation of tech-based lending solutions for agribusinesses in Indonesia. Before joining AgriAku, I worked with Ula, Flipkart Wholesale, Udaan, Capital Float, and Suvidhaa.com, where I launched and scaled new lending use cases, drove user acquisition and retention, managed CX strategy, and partnered with third-party fintechs. I have developed strong skills in new business development, sales and marketing, analytics, and team management, as well as a deep understanding of the Fintech landscape, trends, and opportunities.
