Senior MEP Engineer (Exp 10.5 years+): Roles and Responsibilities1. Lead the pre- construction planning, coordination and execution during construction of high-rise building construction projects/ food industries/ interior fit-out project/ general construction.2. Manage and collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, consultant, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering effective communication and teamwork.3. Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying critical milestones and implementing strategies to ensure timely completion.4. Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.5. Regularly report project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders, providing timely updates and maintaining transparency.6. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, cost impact, scope involve and safety requirements.7. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.8. Handover to client as per given scope, quality, budget & time.
