• Technical reviewer for Design, Shop drawings, Pre-Qualification & Material Submittals• Liaison with Client, PMC, Consultant, Designer, Contractors and Sub-Contractors• Interface all services with cross discipline(Structural, Architectural, Infrastructure & MEP)• Verification of Structural Calculation reports• Technical evaluation of sub-contractor quotation during procurement process• Lead the engineering progress in accordance with approved Base Line Program• Initiate and Evaluate the Notice of Claims (Cost variation and Extension of Time)• Ensure the site activities comply with approved design documents• Well versed in preparation of reports

Shop Drawing:•Study all Drawings, Specification and BoQ received from Client & raise RFI for mismatch & missing item•Provide Technical Guidance to draft team during preparation of Shop Drawing•Identify & resolve clashes by coordinating with concerned department engineersDesign Calculation:•Review design calculation in line with project specification, QCS & International Standards also based on availability in local marketMaterial Submittal:•Prepare list of items required for project from BoQ, Drawings & Specification•Submit the Request for Material Substitution for non-availability products with proper justification & compliance statement •Review the material submittal in line with project document & QCSCo-ordination with Commercial Dept:•Any add'l requirement/new material asked by Consultant vide comments in shop drawing/material submittal, immediately send NoV to Consultant & inform the same to QS dept. for further action•Provide supporting documents to QS in order to claim variationCo-ordination with Procurement Dept:•Provide Technical package to Procurement dept including Drawings, Specification, BoQ & other related project documents like RFI & Tender Query to obtain suitable Quotation from Sub-ContractorCo-ordination with Site:•Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule & making order of Rebars•Clarify the technical queries at Site & ensure the works carried out as per project documentCo-ordination with Planning Dept:•Provide proper supporting documents in order to claim Extension of Time (EoT) from clientCo-ordination with Client, Consultant & Sub Contractor:•Discuss & clarify the comments in Engineering Submissions•Arrange technical meeting with Sub-Contractors to expedite the works•Prepare letters to Client, Consultant & Sub-Contractors in accordance with Technical & Contractual requirement.SketchUP 3D Model:•Create 3D Model to visualize the complicated portion & for easy understanding by SketchUp
