Responsible for the entire consulting business of Wipro Global Consulting Group, State Run Enterprise (SRE) practice for the Eastern region territory: State Govts. of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha and Central and State PSUs. Complete ownership of prospecting, delivery and P&L of projects across region. Interacting with CXO level functionaries viz. ACS/Principal Secretaries/Managing Directors etc. to finalize strategic deals and managing a complex team of resources for efficient and on budget delivery of complex consulting engagements.

Responsible for complete delivery of large IT projects, with a special focus on large Public Sector Banking engagements and Govt. reforms sector. Responsible for customer and vendor/partner management, overall P&L, hardware delivery and software development. Leads a complex team of DXC internal and partner resources for overall delivery of key Public Sector Banking core Infra and Apps Delivery as well as critical Government Reform related Mission Mode Projects funded by the Dept. of IT, Govt. of India. as well as key State Govt. initiatives.
