- Designed DNV & NORSOK compliant surface equipment for Wireline Segment of Schlumberger- Did structural design of lift frame, sling set for new unit OSU-CA.- Performed structural analysis (static & dynamic) of the off-shore skid structures per the DNV codes requirements using Ansys Workbench.- Selected components for the various systems per need and certification requirement- Performed Reliability & Maintainability analysis of the units- Built the Reliability model for OSU-PA unit of which 190 assets are in the field. Studied RCAs of the field failures, developed reliability relationships using FTA. Used Weibull++ & BlockSim extensively in the process.- Managed the technical issues and executed the design revisions through designers
