Working for Royal Bank Of Scotland in AML Alert Optimization Projects• Data Cleaning of Customer Data for Analysis by removing duplicate values and dropping null values and standardization of data by PCA.• Build Predictive model using Logistic regression to automate the manual process of working alerts and to reduce and close false positive alerts based on complex discounting rules of AML Operations Teams.• Filtering the alerts that are discounted to the next level of Investigation.• The solution is expected to serve as an ancillary feature/tool to the existing systems and Processes and it should also not impact/disrupt any existing AML Operational Workflow. • Utilized Python libraries Pandas, Numpy, NLTK.Keywords Recommendation System:• Build the recommendation model to enrich the Royal Dictionary that was used to identify PEP.• Recommendation process will find the variations of PEP Keywords in Non-PEP repository.• All those profiles where match is found is stored in one csv file.• Also same profile status will be changed to Inactive in Non-PEP repository so that AO should not discount on basis of incorrect profiles.• Here used the NLP based approach to first remove the stopwords and then to extract Royal/Associated Keywords and Word2Vec to get similar keywords in Non-PEP repository(both Partial and Exact Match).• Also used string matching algorithms to perform string similarities on basis of certain parameters.
