With over 33 years of global experience, I am a seasoned business leader who specializes in driving operational excellence, asset reliability, process automation, energy saving, and sustainability in various industries, such as chemicals, petrochemicals, FMCG, and power generation. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB), TPM( Total Productive Maintenance) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which enable me to initiate, implement, and optimize impactful programs that improve the bottom-line and the environmental performance of the business.Currently, I am the Operation Excellence, Projects and Maintenance Manager at MBCC Group, a leading construction chemicals company. In this role, I lead the lean methodologies, the OpEx projects, the green and brown field projects, and the lean maintenance management system across the site operations. I also train the shopfloor team, conduct value stream mapping, reduce waste, streamline OEE, and build a culture of machine and process ownership. My mission is to leverage my expertise and experience to transform the operations of MBCC Group and achieve excellence in quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
