I have joined STL Digital on 28th Nov, 2022. Here I am mainly working in the Contract Management domain for Icertis CLM. My responsibilities are as follows:● Working as a Senior Tech Lead & Business Solution Analyst, involved in designing new solutionsand implementing them.● Work on overall system design, overall Admin activities, etc.● Managing a team of 6 members.● Work with Developers to implement any Critical solution design for the business.● Involvement in the overall deployment process.● Involvement in Data Migration to migrate data from the Legacy system to the new system.● Manage the Major & Minor Releases for the team including RFC creation, QA Testing, UATcoordination, PAT coordination & Release Notes Publication.● Documentation of Technical & Functional flow design in WIKI for the team.● Managing New member Onboarding in the team and providing KT.● Stakeholder Communication.● Reporting & Dashboard building.
