As an Assistant Manager at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, I lead process and project engineering in the Trim Chassis Final (TCF) department, which is responsible for the final stages of vehicle assembly. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amrutvahini College of Engineering, I have a strong foundation in engineering principles and problem-solving techniques, which I apply to optimize assembly processes and improve product quality and efficiency.I have played a pivotal role in launching new projects, installing complex chassis components, and integrating advanced trim features, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision engineering. I have also led several process improvement initiatives, resulting in reduced assembly times, enhanced product reliability, and greater customer satisfaction.
