These dashboards allowed insight by the Marketing and Commercial Freestyle team into over 50,000 distinct locations.• Automated the reporting process for a senior manager within the Freestyle team by creating a self-service dashboard to replace a pdf document. Data Analyst III (Client is the CDC):• Streamlined the onboarding/offboarding process at CDC Management of Information Systems Office (MISO) by writing SQL queries and creating a Power BI dashboard. Replaced old email process, and reduced response time to HR questions from days to minutes.• Created an app in Power BI for the directors of the CDC Office of Safety, Security and Asset Management (OSSAM). This app was used by directors to track annual KPIs and metrics to get timely and accurate data, replacing MS excel spreadsheets. • Delivered a presentation on Data Science Fundamentals to the Atlanta Booz Allen Hamilton office.• Participated in the Women in Data Science (WiDS) Booz Allen Hamilton program. Developed a diabetes readmission model using random forest classifier and XGBoost working with three other data scientists, and presented the results to data science leaders at Booz Allen Hamilton.• Conducted a survival analysis using Kaplan Meier Curves (coded in Python) to determine the attrition rate for Booz Allen Hamilton employees and sub contractors at CDC Management Information System Office (MISO) Division, and presented my findings to senior Booz Allen Hamilton leadership.• Created a dashboard using Tableau to collate and present state level annual survey data that the CDC National Center for Injury Prevention and Control (NPIPC) used to create infographics for each state, and present at an annual conference.• Created a dashboard using Tableau for senior leadership at the Management Information Systems Office (MISO) that demonstrated which global CDC offices use MISO systems.• Developed capacity analysis model using MS Excel that was used by senior leadership to determine burn rate.

• Built data visualizations using QlikSense to determine market share of CHOA in Georgia that were used by the C-Suite to make strategic decisions.• Designed a workflow in Alteryx to optimize the data cleansing process of Georgia Hospital Association data, which reduced the process from days to minutes. • Created a workflow in Alteryx to determine the effect of the 2017 I-85 shutdown in Atlanta to hospital staff, and this provided HR with a transport plan for staff.• Conducted analysis using R Markdowns to inform the VP of Strategic Planning of competitor behavior.

• Worked with the Director of Finance to manage all aspects of budgeting, and revenue forecasts for complex, diverse projects; identified and funneled business add-on opportunities to the executive team at monthly meetings.• Managed the implementation of the Adaptive Insights Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for Dyslexia Action; this effort included infrastructure setup, functional specifications documentation, product build, product testing, end user training, and vendor management.• Developed a report for monthly management accounts using the Adaptive Insights Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that reduced time from 3 days to 1 day, and allowed month-end to close on time.• Mapped and migrated the data from the legacy accounting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to the new system, which ensured a high level of data quality.• Implemented a new reporting process for projects to accurately account for the discrepancies between actual spend versus budgeted spend. This allowed for a clear audit trail.

• Created an additional $85,000 in revenue for the company through financial modeling and competitor analysis. • Updated and improved the efficiency of the sales reporting process that resulted in the reduction of commission over payment of $7,500 to sales individuals.

• Managed a new financial management process that reduced costs by £12,000; coordinated with executives to design and implement a standardized process for container loading, resulting in favorable load plans, improved efficiency, and increased stakeholder buy-in across organization.• Developed numerous forecasting models to investigate the company’s projected short- and long-term growth based on key indicators, sales projections, cash flow analysis and credit risks.• Produced management and country level reports based on variance analysis of actual spend vs budgeted spend for the group, and presented the information to the Directors of the company.

• Conducted chemical and data analysis on bed net samples from Ghana. The results were published in a prestigious scientific journal.• As part of a World Health Organization (WHO) study, I tested the efficacy of insecticide treated bed nets using cone and cylinder bioassays to determine which nets were the most effective.• Implemented test procedures for insecticide treated bed nets as part of the WHO Pesticide Evaluation Scheme to evaluate which bed net was the best product on the market.• Developed and maintained budgets for scientific experiments. Created project schedules using Gannt charts to monitor progress, and was able to conduct WHO experiments three days before their completion date, and $600 below budget.
