Hi, I am Col Uday Jagavkar, Soft Skills Trainer & Career Counsellor by profession and an entrepreneur.After a stint in the Indian Army, I had the opportunity to serve in the Corporate sector having diverse exposure in Service Industry & Manufacturing Industry. I've conducted Soft Skills Training and one-one consultations for large aspirants of MBA, Armed Forces and many IT serving professionals.While serving in the corporate sector I undertook workshops on Leadership Skills, Motivation, Goal setting, Interpersonal Relations, and Communication Skills.This eventually led me to start my own venture Uniquee Touch through which I impact & transform lives as a Soft Skills trainer and Career Counselor. I help them in refining their skills which help enhance their career progression by imparting Soft Skills Training. Counseling students to select correct path by one-on-one counseling sessions, Psychometric Assessment Test, and suggesting 10 career clusters which is best suited for an individual as per his aptitude. I've undergone meticulous training from Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI) India. A NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training, Government of India)Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) accredited trainer. I dream Career (IDC) Certified Career Counselor.NEBOSH International Certification from the UK.MSC, MBA from reputed Universities.Few of my notable achievements :Competency Mapping for over 600 employees, for training, while working in the Corporate sector.Counseling and training for aspirants of the Indian Armed Forces.One-on-one training sessions for MBA aspirants & IT professionals in Soft Skills Training.- My forte in conducting training and workshops include Leadership, Communication, Competency Mapping, Student Counselling, Interpersonal relations & Emotional Intelligence.- I consider myself a seasoned Soft Skills Trainer & adept at handling the majority of the training modules by giving a dynamic outlook by merging military & corporate experience. - I start the engagements by validating the intent and mapping the execution steps to align with the desired outcome.
