Crisp Role & Responsibilities:- Requirement Analysis,Functional , Smoke , Regression Testing.- Configure and ensure software changes to system to assist in business organizational changes.- Study customer tender technical specifications.- Participate in meeting with clients to communicate and clarify interfaces.- Analyse system and compile system change needs as requested by customer.- Improve software to meet customer’s business needs and follow best practices, standards and documentation.- Inspect changes before customer performs user acceptance testing.- Coordinate with customer and Developer team to resolve issues.- Handle customer request on priorities.ERP Consultant and Implementation Eng. (Level-2 Support)• Responsible for over-all implementation, Training, project results, trouble shooting, problem solving, crystal reports, continuous improvement, upgrades and system support for all users.• Coordinates all efforts of ERP implementation to support project objectives.• Consult Channel Partner Or Stakeholder.• Configure and ensure software changes to system to assist in business organizational changes.• Study customer tender technical specifications.• Made modifications to Crystal Reports according to company guidelines and user requirements.• Provide Training to Customer, Channel Partner, Stakeholder.• Participate in meeting with clients to communicate and clarify interfaces.• Analyse system and compile system change needs as requested by customer.• Improve software to meet customers’ business needs and follow best practices, standards and documentation.• Inspect changes before customer performs user acceptance testing.• Coordinate with customer and Developer team to resolve issues.• Handle customer request on priorities.
