I managed expectations across Design, Engineering and Management orgs and ensuring the product ideas and solutions are communicated, wireframed and pitched in the right fidelity to get all stakeholders onboard and scope our short term and long term roadmaps for each projects.

I joined Methodics to establish and head the Product Design practice. My primary charter was to build a product organization focussed on Design and Customer Experience in a company that has always been driven by Engineering principles and all key stakeholders were from hardware or core engineering backgrounds. Starting out as a team-of-one, I built new experiences for Perforce Methodics' products, worked with contractors and external vendors to redefine the product UX, corporate Brand including the corporate website. The product we shipped helped increase productivity by 82% when user-tested. My charter at HP ES was to establish the new Product Innovation Studio in HP T&T, Palo Alto. I joined Yahoo! to establish the Prototyping & Front End practice in the User Experience Design team in Yahoo! India. At Yahoo!, I worked closely with designers, developers and product managers to design and prototype experiences across web and handheld devices in Emerging Markets as well as Global products. My notable contributions to Yahoo! include the Front-end work done in the latest design revamps of Yahoo! Calendar. In my role as Sr. User Experience Designer at Nokia(www.nokia.com), I was responsible for the UI and UX of some modules of Ovi.com (www.ovi.com) and multiple forthcoming models of Nokia's next-gen smartphones and related internet services. I was also part of the team that conducted in usability research in various rural and semi-urban areas across India to evaluate and iterate product offerings to the Indian consumer ecosystem.
