In my current role as a Team Leader for Cognizant Technology Solutions in Navi Mumbai, I have honed my skills and accumulated valuable experience in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Since joining the company in June 2021, I have been responsible for overseeing a wide range of critical activities, including timesheet and leave approvals, project start-up and close-out activities, and assignment of cases for multiple TAs. Additionally, I have been responsible for handling client calls and managing all team activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.A key aspect of my role has been regulatory submission to regulatory authorities (RA) and ethics committees (EC) for the USA and EU region, as well as ICSR submission processes on ARGUS as per health authority (HA) requirements. I have been instrumental in tracking, investigating, and reviewing non-compliances and deviations with RCA and CAPA, ensuring that all cases are submitted on time and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.In addition to these responsibilities, I have also been responsible for managing project mailbox management and handling issues and concerns raised by the team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). I have worked tirelessly on initiatives for process improvement and development, ensuring that our team is constantly improving and delivering exceptional results for our clients.Overall, I am proud to have accumulated extensive experience in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously, and I am confident that I can bring significant value to any organization looking to improve their project and team management capabilities.
