I orchestrate the planning and execution of complex automation projects with ownership over requirements gathering, client interaction, vendor management, and quality control. I have prepared Bills of Materials, data sheets, method statements, and vendor enquiries. Additionally, I define KPIs and quality parameters to ensure project success. I then coach and train teams to institute a culture of continuous improvement.  Chosen to be the preferred technical lead for Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Ewon system integration projects. Slashed techno-commercial proposal preparation time by 86% through MS Excel automation. Chosen to rescue three client relationships by fixing underperforming projects - employed diplomatic communication and rapid technical problem solving to earn repeat business. Drove an increase in the value of automation orders received, resulting in Reliance Industrial Automation becoming an officially authorised system integrator for Allen Bradley and Ewon, as well as eligible for OEM support from Siemens, Kingfisher, and Tbox. Reduced work duration of weigh bridge calibration and maintenance project by 33% through application of troubleshooting principles.

I worked on a major SCADA replacement and upgrade project for ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) Gas Processing. I worked directly with end users to identify requirements and implement changes. I programmed the Telvent Oasys SCADA System and used Visual Basic for customised functions. I was recognised for my ability to cut down time taken to complete tasks by using Visual Basic to generate new SCADA screens and MS Excel to automate the generation and processing of data. Interfaced with the end user during testing of SCADA system Built team capacity on Telvent Oasys Platform through in-depth training. Replaced the Serck SCADA System ADNOC's Gas Pipeline Network.

Worked on the Strategic Water Storage / Recovery Project in Liwa with Abu Dhabi Transmission and Dispatch Company (TRANSCO) as client. Review technical and non-technical documents and make necessary mark-ups for corrections. Bring technical deviations (TD) to the attention of TRANSCO, and do the necessary documentation. Prepare the necessary documentation for Factory Inspection Notifications (FIN), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Comment Resolution Sheets (CRS), etc. Document technical discrepancies and contractual disputes. Scrutinise technical documents including panel wiring drawings, SLD, GA, Schematic, Cable Layouts and more using checklists and comparing to contract specifications.

 In-depth training on HIMA systems. Training on Safety Instrumented Systems. Programming on HIMA HiQuad systems using ELOP II. The cycle time algorithm for HiQuad systems was tested by comparing the results of MS Excel calculation with the actual cycle time as generated by the report from the PLC. Worked in close coordination with the project engineering department .

I was given a plant orientation training, as well as an overview of Honeywell's Distributed Control Systems.
