• Developed NjoyTeaching app -This is an android app designed to provide an interface for displaying academic content, tutorial videos for self-paced learning. This app also provides users the functionality to extract usage data from a hardware learning kit (built in house) via Bluetooth, conduct audio enabled test to assess reading levels of the students and upload these data to the AWS cloud which is used in the backend to generate the assessment report.• Built tool to analyze and generate the student assessment report.• Experienced in working with data parsing forms such as XML and JSON to dynamically display data inside the apps.• Experienced in working with SQLite database.• Monitored and maintained AWS DynamoDB and S3.

• Built NjoyReading Kit from scratch. It is a Patented educational toy comes with a set of audio-enabled paper books to learn Indian languages and English. These books when placed on the kit and visual indicators marked on them are pressed, the kit responds with the appropriate sound, music and lights.• My responsibilities included the initial research, designing PCB, designing touch sensor, developing software for the device and testing the product.• Lead a team of 6 people, mentored individuals and provided technical leadership and advice.• Worked on “Test Paper Assessment System”, it is a patent pending product which reduces the time taken for test paper correction. It also uploads the data of the papers to the cloud in such way that it is easily accessed and viewed by the authorized persons.• Conducted training sessions on the usage of e-learning software developed by the team.• Built various automated tools for internal purposes which saved hours of work for team members.

• Designed and developed combo of two apps for android and iOS named “Create Children Book” and “Read Children Book” from scratch which won 1st prize in education category in a competition held by “Facebook’s internet.org”.• Create Children Book is an authoring tool that helps children to create interactive books from the vast asset library present inside the app and publish them on our reader platform.• Read Children Book is a reading platform that enables children to read and rate the interactive books published by other children across the globe on any mobile device.• These apps now have few hundred thousand installs on leading app stores.• Involved in full cycle of designing, testing, debugging and deploying on to app stores.• Researched application acceptance and solicited feedback from users to make new and existing apps more user friendly
