1. Process and Implementation:• Managing 4 members team & coordinating with onshore team.• Analyzing/Understanding the feature released in the build.• QA estimations for the new feature/requirement released in the build.• Involved in test scenarios/test cases review meeting with onshore team and making test plans for the feature where I am the owner.• Analyzing User Stories & Defect fixes planed in coming release and test data accordingly.• Designing/Creating regression scenario suite for complex LMS system.• Identifying the regression test scenarios to be automated.• Writing fitnesse wiki’s and required fixtures for identified regression test scenarios.• Mentoring and training the new team members about the process, procedure and technologies.2. Testing:• Involved in functional testing, regression testing and database testing.• Writing / enhancing the test cases as per the new functionalities (or change request) introduced.• Performing smoke testing in every release for high importance features.• Performing functionality testing for new functionalities (or change request) of release.• Filling and verifying the defect in every build cycle.• Conducting regression testing.• Running fitnesse wiki test cases of automated regression test scenarios.3. Builds and releases:• Responsible for signing off the feature to UAT (User Acceptance Testing).• Changing / modifying the process on the basis of learning in the build life cycle.

Process and Implementation: • Understanding the feature released in the build. • Involved in writing and reviewing the test cases and making test plans for the feature where I am the owner. • Publishing various test reports on the basis of release cycle and testing performed in released. • Involved in designing/updating the automation framework/scripts for selenium. • Performing regression testing in every build for high importance features using selenium RC. • Filling and verifying the defect in every build cycle. • Involved into unit testing with developers in development environment (a four eye check just to ensure that development is going on as per client expected requirement).2.
