Used to look after the Commercial Vehicle Financing product of the company with a view to expanding this business across the country. Contributed significantly to grow the product portfolio to its current height of around BDT 3.2 billion.Key Contributions: Formulated growth oriented strategy which ensured around 40% CAGR of Commercial Vehicle Financing product. Changed the financing modality of Commercial Vehicle Financing which made the product more competitive and convenient to the customers as compared to the market. Brought about system-wide changes to cater the new financing modality. Formed a central product team to facilitate business sourcing, product promotion, vendor engagement and product portfolio growth. Conducted numerous training sessions at different branches to guide and promote Commercial Vehicle Financing business. Developed Credit Scorecard Model to ensure fastest credit undertaking covering both quantitative and qualitative parameters.

Became Associate Relationship Manager with an added responsibility to develop and promote Commercial Vehicle Financing as a distinctive product of the company. Contributed in departmental budgeting, strategic planning and other inter-departmental developments. Key Contributions: Maintained a portfolio of 60 odd medium enterprises with zero NPL. Achieved yearly business targets although while maintaining portfolio health and ensuring continuous inclusion of new customers. Developed Commercial Vehicle Financing as a separate product. Formulated the Product Program Guideline which helped front liners across the business segments of SME Division market and sell this product in a better way Initiated Corporate Tie-ups and Vendor Engagement Program to facilitate product promotion. Signed MoU with top vendors to expand business scopes of Commercial Vehicle Financing Introduced new financing scheme of commercial vehicle under the refinancing scheme of Bangladesh Bank which got numeric print media coverage.

Started working as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the same department. Added around 10 new customers while serving that position and achieved yearly business targets by maintaining budgeted parameters of funded and non-funded income. Initiated value-centric marketing of Commercial Vehicle Financing during that time which later emerged as a separate product.

Worked in Relationship Management under the supervision of one of the senior Relationship Managers of SME Division of the company. Brought about a number of changes in the Credit Appraisal and Document Collection Process of the department which significantly reduced average Turn-around-Time and brought efficiency in credit undertaking process.
