• Responsible for all buying and merchandise of online collections and development of special programs for the International McGregor websites.• Creating International marketing calendar and translating marketing campaigns into all sites by managing merchandise, communication, logistics and timing. • Developing and implementing online sales tools to increase conversion and brand interest with online shop team.

Driebergen

• Building and further roll-out of the international fashion brand McGregor in several European countries (a.o. Spain, Portugal, Greece, Scandinavia, Ireland). • Managing distributors, agents and own staff to grow the business with multi-brands, department stores and (franchise) single brand stores. Focus on brand-building, local marketing, collection- and distribution optimization, implementing shop-in-shops and own stores.• Managing the development of licensee collections with external companies.• Coordinate brand alignment of South-America licensee holders.• Responsible for commercial business reports as dashboards for the board and managers.

Leusden

• Organizing sales events and own stands at International fairs.• Coordinating collections and showrooms, facilitating sales programs and providing sales analysis for European teams in order to reach set targets.• Supporting (inter)national distributors, agents and sales persons for optimal client support.

• Responsible for regional accounts and creating customized products and solutions.
