• Helping the sales team to understand the client necessity • Understanding the problem and necessity of clients to find a solution that we can do/offer in our software• Providing ideas to make our product better and also to offer more value for our clients• Specifying custom projects and making it sustainable for our company• Working with more than four different teams to estimate the custom demand from clients

• Take inbound requests from clients via telephone, chats and portal tickets • Analysis of reported incidents by clients, focus on solving the problems and doing palliatives if necessary, to keep clients working• Report issues to N3 team and development team, showing them where and why the problem is happening • Assuming leadership for the team when our leader was on vacation or out of the company• Responsible for changing our team process to improve our achievement and results.• Code research identifying issues and system behavior

• Testing tickets solved by development • Analyzing and resolving tickets reported by production team• Interacting with the users in the absence of an analyst to solve any issues, further discussed with the programmers and successfully moved to Production.• Opening issues to development team with problems in the product (bugs)• Executing test programs and fixing it when necessary
