I am an experienced International Student Recruitment and Business Development Manager at MCIS International, adept in all aspects of recruitment support and solutions within the academic sector, where I lead a team of professionals who provide guidance to prospective students who intend studying abroad. I also leverage on advertising skills via various offline/Online platforms/Channels such as; Social Medias, Emails, Billboards and Flyers, to generate leads and increase conversion. I monitor and analyse the performance of the company to provide recommendation for improvement to the management team.In addition, I liaise with partner institutions by maintaining strong relationships and facilitating the enrolment processes for both prospective and international students who wish to study abroad.
