As a Project Manager in the External Audit Division, I lead multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. I coordinate with audit managers and partners within KPMG, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout each project.My role involves managing diverse teams, guiding them through the audit process while addressing the needs and expectations of our clients. I am responsible for fostering strong client relationships, understanding their requirements, and delivering high-quality service.I focus on balancing the interests of all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution. My commitment to teamwork and effective communication allows me to navigate challenges and drive successful audit outcomes.
