Working as manager ,from the beginning of the of job my objective is very clear to increase productivity of fatty acid plant .increase DOS in splitting section put heat exchanger in feed line in oil feed line to splitting.This is big achievement so far in industry to increase a 1% DOS from 97.5 to 98.5.Also reduce TFM in sweet water out from .6% to .13%.due to this also minimising chemical consumption in sweet treatment plant.Manpower Handling, Make final production reports in the end of month .

During at wipro increase productivity of distilled fatty acid , maintained quality parameters of final product dfa.optimization of all the utility cost of fatty acid . Successfully completed six sigma project in steam reduction in sweet water evaporation plants.

Modi Groups CDBl is largest producer of alcohol distillery's in India.Also provide alcohol to UB Group in a large scale.I worked in 350MPD DCS plant.
