Bi-weekly sales meetings with sales managers to provide pipeline of deals;• Ensure accurate and timeous management accounting duties such as the preparation of management accounts, financial planning or budgeting, pricing, reporting of budget variances, cost control and cost analysis programmes on operational and business unit level are carried out by team;• Ensure that the management accounting policies, processes and practices are adhered to and implemented to build capability and create a high performance work environment;• Manage a team to execute the management accounting functions’ objectives and initiatives;• Sit on the divisional Exco reporting on financial performance, highlighting key areas of concern, where necessary and ensuring corrective measures are agreed to as well as providing guidance on various business issues;• Involvement with business projects from a financial perspective relevant to the Division with regular consultation with business unit heads;• Provide relevant management reporting commentary monthly to Group Exco as well as submission to the Board.
