Took a concept and a prototype with 2 engineers and turned it into a full-fledged startup company with a product line, an organized agile methodology, focused on data-driven results, and high productivity, consisting of more than 15 multidisciplinary developers. After establishing the company, I was focused on the product side of things. Used my product vision and skills to take the unique concept of the Modular Robot Operating Platform into a real-world sellable product using cutting-edge hardware and software.Based on extensive market research, I’ve focused the company's main target market to the telemedicine market, with the first product leveraging the platform capabilities being the M1 versatile caregiver robot.

In my role as PM, I used agile development methodologies for the first time in the company. Led a team of UI\UX designers.Met the customers’ demands and needs while keeping the product in budget and within a strict timeline limitation. Translated the needs to product requirements, wireframes, and mockups.Led cross-functional team to develop high quality products, from conception through launch and multiple iterations. Led both inbound and outbound products.
