• Study of Tender Document/RFP’s, seeking quotations from suppliers, comparative analysis, costing, final preparation of Bid/RFP’s of sub-stations, transmission lines, solar & thermal power plants on turnkey basis and tenders for substation equipment up to 400 kV for global clients.• Managing and facilitating the bid proposal management.• Development and strict adherence to the overall proposal schedule, response outline, RFP compliance matrices, proposal development plan.• Bid mobilization & planning.• Vendor management and procurement of the items related to the substation & transmission line projects with centralized purchase/tender team.• Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ)/Bill of Material (BOM), Price Comparison, Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP), Comparative sheet of bidding, Management information systems report.• Vendor finalization/assessment from tender process to purchase process through pre-bid agreements or centralized process after doing comparative analysis and releasing purchase orders.• Negotiated purchase orders with global suppliers for Energy/Power sector.• Co-ordination with Domestic & International vendors/clients.• Attending bid submission and bid opening for domestic & international projects/clients.• Conduct market and industry research as necessary to support content creation for deliverables.
