Preparing Invoices in Tally ERP and coordinating with customers for payments.  Reconciliation of Customer statements after provisions of compliance on monthly basis.  Follow-up with customers for payments (e.g. Cadbury, Nestle, Mccain, Morde etc.)  Booking of payments received from customers after TDS deduction adjustments.  Reconciliation of bank statements on weekly basis and liasing with bank.  Booking the vendors invoices and making payment as per agreements and provisions of MSME.  MIS Reporting to Seniors regarding receivable and payables.  Handling day to day general accounting e.g. prepare vouchers, invoices, account statement,  Reports and other records and reporting to head department
