I have a proven track record of delivering cost savings through process optimization projects and implementing cost-effective purchasing methods.In addition, I am known for my strategic sourcing and business planning skills, having successfully partnered with 50+ major brands like Twinings and HUL. I have secured key contracts with major players in the snack vending, coffee chain and bakery segments, expanding the organization's reach and generating significant savings. I have also played a key role in achieving savings of over 15% through optimization and rationalization of products and negotiations, and have conducted 100% vendor audits based on risk levels. I supervised all aspects of business in North India, including four storage facilities, logistics, inventory control (both electronic and physical), and a full stock audit. I was in charge of numerous audits, both internal and external, including those for ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, and HACCP Accreditation. I established inventory norms at the SKU/DC level in order to ensure optimal inventory levels at every stage of the Supply chain. In addition, I performed complete implementation of Plannings software including OTM, COGNOS, and DTM, managed the operation with a logistical and savings budget of 1.70 Cr per year. Reduced logistics costs by about 25.00 Lakhs from October 2013 to March 2014 thanks to an improved rate of operation.
