I entered into entreprenureship in November 2014 as a Co-founder of a food startup . Eatongo was India’s first on-demand breakfast delivery startup which delivered cuisines of the world to its customers. We quickly became leader of ethnic breakfast in the delivery space. I was also involved in ideating, planning & commissioning end to end for an in house production facility.Handled end to end 3rd Party operations (Contract Manufacturer) of Tomato Processing, Canned Fruits & Sauce. Managed Food Safety Audits and analyzed the impact of machine breakdown on production and initiate rectification measures in discussion with CP Officers and CP owners. Validated consumption variance in close discussion with Finance department on recoveries and waivers. Communicated dialogue with CPs. on the performance around quality/cost and delivery ensuring their adherence to standards. Developed vendors for RM, PM & Consumables with respect to payments and VMI.

At General Mills India Pvt. Ltd., I ensured compliance with good manufacturing practices; regulatory, statutory compliances and adhered to FCPA Regulations. I offered assiatance in the technical domain for manufacturing facilities and reviewed manufacturing processes to get best possible quality. I led and drove all operations in the unit to reach production targets.Besides these, I was involved in planning production with bare minimum losses as well as lowest CPC (Cost Per Case) and led CI Projects & Act. I also set up and implemented the GMP and HACCP policies for the Factory in accordance with the GMI policies.
