Hello, I'm Udit Shah, a licensed Architect in Arizona, with a passion for crafting sustainable and comfortable spaces. I hold a Master's degree in Architecture from Arizona State University, and have a rich professional background encompassing diverse design projects in both USA and India.My design philosophy is rooted in three key principles: promoting regional sustainability, pushing boundaries through a scientific approach, and enhancing comfort through anthropometric studies. These principles are the guiding force behind my work, manifesting across various scales of architectural projects. My expertise lies in bridging the realms of architectural tectonics and spatial harmony, resulting in holistic and functional designs.One of the highlights of my academic journey was my thesis, which reimagined the International Space Station (ISS) to provide a more familiar habitat for its inhabitants. It emphasized the importance of comfort even within the constraints of space, underscoring my commitment to innovative and human-centered design.Currently, I'm actively contributing to the architectural field as an Architect at Architekton in Tempe. Here, I tackle larger urban projects, including schools, police stations, and commercial headquarters.
