Technical lead on the 4GATES project, a 5 year comprehensive HIV prevention, care, and treatment service delivery award from CDC through PEPFAR.

• Oversee all state activities on the Global Fund DR-TB project.• Coordinate the activities of 11 CBOs working on the project.• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on the project to ensure the achievement of project goals.

• Improved field-based monitoring and data quality through the introduction and scripting of Digital Mobile Forms using (ODK, KoBoToolbox, mWater, GIS).• Prepared performance reports (fact sheets, infographics) of projects and disseminated with stakeholders.• Conducted field-based monitoring across projects in Nigeria to ensure project guidelines are adhered to.• Built the capacity of 30 volunteers on digital forms and questionnaires.• Provided IT support to projects and conducted GIS mapping of project sites.• Developed survey protocols, tools, conducted surveys and prepare survey reports.• Contributed to state-wide knowledge sharing through collaboration with partners and networks.

• Trained 30 research consultants who conducted 6 project related surveys and evaluation studies in 3 states. (Enugu, Anambra, and Ebonyi) between June 2016 – March 2017.• Improved field-based monitoring through the use of checklists.• Strengthened the capacity of 120 Inter-personal communication agents and partners on data quality and data collection tools through capacity building sessions. • Improved data quality through periodic Data Quality Assessments (DQA) on 6 donor projects.• Ensured program implementation plan is being adhered to through routine monitoring and mentoring visits to 44 service delivery facilities in 3 states to validate key indicators.• Ensured quality data from 6 program areas were entered into the DHIS2 platform timely.• Prepared performance reports (fact sheets, infographics) of 6 projects and shared with stakeholders.• Collaborated with the state, national agencies, and networks to boost knowledge sharing.

• Routine field-based mentoring visits to 6 health facilities for monthly validation of key indicators and data validation in the areas of PMTCT, ART, TB/HIV co-infection.• Provided technical IT support to 6 facilities and ensured accurate update of clients’ health information into the database in a tertiary health facility.• Reconciled registers with Electronic Medical Record forms to ensure accuracy, validity, completeness of data and adherence to indicators in the 6 health facilities.

• Conducted routine site visits to 56 Service Delivery Facilities across Imo State for field-based mentoring on data capture, monthly summary and reporting, implementation of M&E processes and data flow at all levels.• Data collection, collation, entry and analysis, data entry on NHMIS and DHIS2, preparation of project outcome and achievements.• Annual data report preparation and presentation.

• Provided HIV Counselling and Testing (HCT) services to 3 communities in Imo State, Nigeria.• Coordinated a team of 8 to provide HCT services to the communities.• Advocacy visits to gatekeepers and stakeholders of intervention communities.• Enrolment of positive clients to Comprehensive care health facilities for ART and care.• Capacity building of 2 volunteers
