Responsibilities:• Preparation of Sales Order and monthly invoices.• Approval of Service Activity Requests• Daily monitoring of accounts and customer payment status to ensure accurate activation and re- activation of services• Follow up on customer billing queries and changes to service plans, upgrades/downgrades• Generation of weekly and monthly sales/revenue reports for management and financial reporting• Coordinate with Account managers to resolve issues with customers as regards account receivables.• Monthly reconciliation of customers’ payment and statement of account.• Preparation and compilation of monthly and weekly Aging Analysis Report.• Identifies clients at risk and manage according to internal procedures.• Notify delinquent accounts by mails, phone calls or personal visit to solicit for payment.• Arrange debt repayment schedule based on clients’ financial condition.• Advise treasury team on expected receivables on weekly basis.• Application of down time credit to clients in line with internal procedures.• Assist with budget control functions and approval of petty cash.• Handle Ad-Hoc tasks as assigned by Finance manager.
