I was responsible for maintain accuracy of Operations KPI reports and weekly/ monthly execution of Operations MOS (Escalations from plants, Monthly reviews, Monthly Top Management presentations preparation, quarterly reports and Capex).The owner for the Operations SharePoint repository and for the plant indicators application were I have help from dedicated persons (1 support, 1 developer and 1 Business Partner).Other responsibilities that I had, was to drive the annual targets process for the main indicators for all plants.Working with Plant Managers I had to be thoroughness, self-confidence and with a good personal credibility.

The job position in Michelin is Information Manager and my mision is to ensure the best use and the best performance for all production information sistems.Some key points that I am in charge of are: factory application list and 3 years roadmap, communication between the sistems, incident management + escaladation, raise the key users skils, new application implementation, updates and paches, users management, data quality of the systems.Functional manager for all the application key users (around 50 persons). Lead and/or be involved in Digital factory implementation.

I was Process Improvement Specialist for the TEC activity (more than 100 TEC operators) and responsable for the manning calculation (1 - 5 years simulation). Project that I carry out: replacement parts warehouse flow optimization, preventive maintenance for different machines optimization, different analysis based on 1 year historical data.I was the project manager for a new tyre barecode. It was a 2 year project that had an impact on half of the factory. I had to manage local, central and external resourses in order to: replace some obsolete systems, update others and change the configuration for most of the barecode readers.Another interesting project was to calculate the needed number of people from Bucharest headquarter in one department (~ 125 sales analysts).I am Lean Management Green Belt certified. My study project was Preventive Maintenance Optimization.

After half a year training I start projects for improvements in the factory.Each project includes: - Opportunity and feasibility studies; - Defining the problem (5M analysis); - Deep analysis ( Basic MOST time calculation,Benchmark, Gantt chart for cycle time, Flow analysis, Ergonomic analysis); - Searching for solutions (Team meetings and Brainstorming); - Implementation and result evaluation ( Follow-up actions, PowerPoint Presentations).A few examples of the projects that I finish: mold area - capacity calculation and simulation for 1 year ahead, curing membranes area - manning reduction, flow management software implementation in after curing area - lead time reduction with 10%, aspect posts - unit time reduction, uniformity machines - cycle time benchmark and optimization, etc. Besides the big projects I was deliver capacity simulations, manning calculation and I offer support for the production from unit time point of view.Another role was to implement and audit areas with 5S.

I started as a customer service agent (part time sometimes because I was working during my education at Politehnica University of Bucharest), and my job was to give the client one contact number for the person/ company or institute that he needs. Having great results I was promoted to supervisor over my colleagues (around 15 persons) and I had a few more task additionally : - Responsable for the quality and quantity of the calls; - Weekly and monthly reports; - Call back the customer in case of complaint.
