I am a communications professional with more than two decades of international experience, including senior executive positions, in Europe and the United States. I have helped companies and organizations increase awareness, support, and revenues by providing effective development and communication strategies, and bringing together and managing the teams that make it all happen. As broadcasters with Radio Free Europe, my colleagues and I brought a global perspective to coverage of developments in Europe and the world for audiences in Eastern and Central Europe. As an educator, I relish helping others understand and manage contemporary challenges in communications and public affairs.My experience includes:• Founding Director of Go Vilnius, the official development and marketing agency of the City of Vilnius• Associate Professor (Adjunct) at Vilnius University Faculty of Communication and Adjunct Instructor at Jackson College• Vice-Rector for Development & Communications (incl. alumni relations) at the European Humanities University• Director of Development at the Center for Civic Education• Communications, public relations, and development consulting and education for businesses and non-profit organizations• 15 years in media and communications in the US and abroad (9 years with Radio Free Europe and 6 years with Lithuanian State Radio as a broadcast journalist)• 8 years in education management• PhD and MA in political science• Membership in the Pacific Council on International Policy, Public Diplomacy Council and International Rotary Club• Founding Member of the Senate of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania• Founding member of Global SoCal• Member of Rotary International
