In 2004, I began my undergraduate education in the Industrial Engineering department at Sakarya University and actively participated in various projects throughout my student years. In 2006, I led an international project on "Nuclear Energy and Chernobyl" under the European Union Project Group, which I established within the Industrial Engineering Club. This project was accepted by the European Union and played a significant role in developing my leadership and organizational skills.After graduating in 2008, I pursued language education in the UK and completed my military service in Bitlis upon my return. In the same year, I founded a youth organization and served as the founding president. Through this organization, we implemented numerous social responsibility projects and actively participated in many national and international events. In 2013, our European Union project on "Personal Awareness" was funded by the EU.Due to the global economic crisis in 2008, I faced a challenging job search period, but in November 2009, I began my professional career as an Improvement Engineer in the automotive supplier industry. Leveraging the experience I quickly gained, I transitioned to the position of Planning Engineer through an internal rotation, where I was responsible for organizing the production of large-volume orders.In 2012, I was promoted to Material Supply Planning Executive, a role in which I was responsible for managing serial procurement processes until 2014. During this period, I also completed my master's degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2014, I transitioned to the steel industry, taking on the role of Planning and Coordination Engineer. In this position, I played a significant role in the effective management of the complex production processes of an integrated steel plant.While enhancing my academic knowledge through the doctoral studies I began in 2016, I was promoted to Chief Planning and Coordination Engineer in 2022, a role I currently hold. Throughout my career, I have continued to contribute to processes with the extensive experience and knowledge I have acquired.This cover letter summarizes my professional journey and the competencies I have developed. As a professional specialized in industrial engineering and social responsibility, I will continue to add value to the processes I am involved in, remaining open to continuous learning and contribution.
